Proper identification is key to unlocking opportunities and resources that can significantly impact your education, income, health, housing, and security. We are dedicated to helping Columbus residents obtain their Ohio Birth Certificates and State Identification cards. Our services include guiding you through the application process, processing your application, and covering the costs associated with obtaining these vital documents.

How It Works:

  • Walk-In Hours: Join us on Mondays from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at 946 Parsons Avenue. No appointment is necessary, and you don’t need to bring any documents.
  • Processing Timeline: We process Birth Certificates within 7 business days and recipients may choose to have their birth certificate mailed to an address or pick-up their birth certificate at Community Development for All People.
