Thrive To 5

At Thrive To 5, our mission is to support families and babies across our community, empowering parents to be their child's first teacher and providing access to the tools and resources necessary to thrive.

If you are pregnant or care for a child under 5 years old, we invite you to join our program! Our team will work with you to ensure healthy pregnancies, support your child's development, and help them arrive in Kindergarten ready to learn.

We connect families to a wide range of resources, including developmental screenings, immunizations, preschool programs, cribs, dental and vision screening, utility assistance, diapers, and much more.

To enroll in our Thrive To 5 program, simply fill out our online form, and a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us call Thrive To 5 Coordinator, Sarah Milstead at 614-445-7342, ext 115.

We believe that every child deserves the chance to reach their full potential, and we are committed to providing the support and resources that families need to make that happen. At Thrive To 5, we are always seeking new partnerships to help us better serve families in the program. We are always looking for new partners who share our mission and values to collaborate with us on programming and initiatives that support families and young children. If you have a program or idea that you think would align with our goals, we would love to hear from you! If you're interested in partnering with us, we invite you to connect with Sam Lowe, Director of Thrive To 5. You can reach her directly at Sam Lowe to learn more about how you can get involved.

Thank you for being a part of the Thrive To 5 community, and we look forward to working together to help children and families thrive.

Special thanks to Thrive to 5's Supporters!
