Thrive to 5 Director

Community Development for All People (CD4AP) is seeking a mature, energetic, experienced professional to serve families living on the South Side of Columbus. The Thrive to 5 Director will oversee a unique suite of programming and provide intentional outreach and build relationships with South Side families enrolled in the Thrive to 5 program, including pregnant women and families with children from birth to age 5. This position will report to the Executive Director and will supervise other Thrive to 5 staff.

CD4AP is seeking a mature, dynamic, and experienced Youth Development Coordinator to lead and impact the lives of children and families living on the South Side of Columbus in a unique and holistic way. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily after-school program operations, supervise part-time staff and volunteers, coordinate hands-on youth programming, and build strong relationships with local schools, parents, and community partners.

Youth Development Site Coordinator

Community Development for All People (CD4AP) is seeking a self-motivated individual for an active position serving children and their families living on the South Side of Columbus. This role can impact the lives of children and their families in a unique and holistic way. This position is designed for work with children M-F in an in school, after school program. CD4AP is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the economic, social and spiritual quality of life for residents of Columbus’ South Side. Interested candidates must have reliable transportation to the site and a schedule allowing them to be present Monday-Friday at the after-school program from 2:30pm-7:00pm.
