Located at 1859 Parsons Avenue, conveniently across from the John R. Maloney Health Center houses our only senior housing developments to date, Parsons Village I and II. in partnership with NRP Group. This mixed use development houses Arts for All People, which seeks to engage and unite South Side residents around creative expression and the arts. The development is home to a total of 122 affordable units for seniors.
