27 W. Jenkins Loft in partnership with Woda Cooper Companies, Inc.  paired with CD4AP to open this 60 unit development while preserving economic diversity for households of 30-80% AMI. A short distance from downtown, this project redeveloped an underutilized manufacturing site, footsteps from South High Street. Unlike other Southside areas, Merion Village has few affordable housing options, and therefore, the partnership deemed the development necessary.
